How's Your Router?

Still having trouble after power cycling? Your router may need a tune up!

Troubleshoot Your Router
  1. Make sure your router is connected to your radio properly:
    •  Your "internet cable" should be plugged into the port on the back of your router labelled "ethernet".
    • Make sure your "internet cable" goes from the ethernet port of your router to the LAN port on your radio's power supply.
  2. If your connection still isn't restored, login to your router to make sure your router is completely set up with a username and password.
  3. Contact your router's Customer Support for additional assistance with troubleshooting and logging into your router. This number is usually found on the back of your router.
